Roofline lighting for most homes runs $750 to $1,200. Send your address, and within 24 hours Tim texts you a price for Packages A, B, and C.

Every install includes

Text Tim your address or use the form. Within 24 hours Tim texts you a price for Packages A, B, and C. Most homes need no visit.

Book your date
A 50% deposit books any install day from November 1 to December 15.

We install
We hang commercial C9 LED lights, cut to fit your house, on a dusk timer. A bulb goes out? We fix it free through January 1.
- 04
We take them down and store them
We take everything down in January and store your set. Next year your lights are already cut to fit.

Our standard
- No hidden costs. No surprises.Every price is on your quote before you book, the lift fee included. Your price changes only with your OK in writing. A text counts.

- On install day we laser-check your roofline and change nothing without your OK.
- If a two-story peak needs a lift, the lift fee is $400. We tell you before you book.
- The lights stay ours. We need an outdoor outlet and a way into the yard on install and takedown days.
- Either of us can cancel before install. Your deposit is refunded, less the cost of any lights already cut for your home.
- Have an HOA? Check its light rules before you book.

Payment
- A 50% deposit books your install date and orders the lights for your home.
- The balance is due on install day.
- Card, check, or cash. Tim sends an invoice when you book.
- Gutter cleaning added to your lights package is billed on its own invoice when the cleaning is done.
Do I have to send a photo?
No. We price most homes from the address alone. If the county map cannot show us your roofline, we text you to pick a time, then measure your home in person.
Do I need to be home?
Not for the quote: for most homes your address is all we need. On install day, plan a few minutes with us at the start (where we park, which outlet we use) and at the end (how the timer works and where the outlet reset is). For January takedown you do not need to be home. We text two days ahead so you know the day we will be in your yard.
What if a bulb goes out?
Text Tim at 253-722-4915. Service calls on our bulbs and strands are free through January 1. A bulb or strand out on the roofline gets fixed in the next daylight window. If your home's own circuit trips, that is not a free service call. We show you where the outlet reset is on install day.
