Terms
These terms come from our holiday lighting quote. When you approve your quote, you approve the package you picked and authorize Rollins Home Services LLC to install and remove holiday lighting at your home.
Your price
Your price changes only with your OK.
We laser-check your roofline on install day and change nothing without your OK.
If a two-story peak needs a lift, a $400 lift fee applies, and we tell you before you book.
Deposit and payment
A 50% deposit books your install date and orders your lights.
The balance is due on install day.
Pay by card online through the link sent with your invoice, by check, or in cash.
What your price includes
Our lights, clips, cords, and an automatic dusk timer.
Install on a date you pick, November 1 to December 15.
Free service calls through January 1 if a bulb or strand goes out.
Takedown in January. We store your cut-to-fit set for next year.
The lights
The lights remain our property.
You provide an exterior outlet and access on the install and takedown dates.
Cancellation
Either of us may cancel before install. Your deposit is refunded, less any lights already cut for your home.
Texts
We text only people who ask us for a price, and only about their quote and their job.
Our texts come from Tim at 253-722-4915, never from an automated system.
